What?

An experience! A combination of breathwork, active meditation and dancing to get out of your head and into your heart & body. A must experience.

When?

Wed 17 June 5pm British Summer Time for approx. 75 minutes. There's time for questions and meeting other Wander Women.

Where?

Online in Zoom so you can be at the comfort of your home! You'll get your Zoom access code in email when you sign up

What do I need?

A head and a body! Ok, a few other things too: some space, loose clothes, water... I've listed it all in the sign-up email!

Overview to the experience

Ok you're probably wondering is this a dance class, or a coaching session or what?! That's cool, let me open this concept for you since really, there's nothing mystical!

The class is designed to give you another way to approach you - however, rather than talking, we'll be breathing and moving!

We'll start by calming down and getting centered through some calm breathing (you'll learn a cool heart coherence technique here!).

We'll get grounded and gain a feeling of safety through movement.

We'll work on our confidence and power through a sequence of movement - part of this is dancing but really, it's just moving about in a way that feels good to you. 

We'll then finish this with a short relaxation to allow your mind to integrate your new insights, and then close the session with a tiny meditation (single focus to good feelings!).

All this will take about 45 mins after which I love opening the conversation to the entire group - meet me and fellow Wander Women, ask questions and hang out in beautiful energy!

Hi, I'm Anna

...and I'm preeeeetty excited about you joining this taster class!

You know, I've been helping women for a while now, with confidence-related issues and other things, like improving their leadership skills, helping them to get ahead in life...well, all of it requiring confidence anyways. 

What I've realised through this work is that my clients always 'get it'.
Meaning they can analytically and intellectually fathom the concept of confidence and identify where they struggle. 

When I then coach them and teach a few vital things about our brains, neuroplasticity, the biology of fight/flight mode, they're 'good to go', so to speak. 

Except they're not.

You see, what I've learned is that it's not the head holding them back. It's the body. The body is still 'wired' in the old way. The body still lives the experience of being questioned, not knowing, perhaps even being ashamed. Whatever event has been experienced, it was strong enough to leave an emotional imprint that still sits in the body.

And let me tell you, it can sit tight!

But, luckily, this can be changed and I've now been in the works with my clients testing and trialling methods to help them unlock

By the way, as a result, all of my clients experience a huge shift in their perception: they're not waiting for someone else to give them 'permission' but they go and create their own results. Because they trust themselves fully to do just that.
